Damaged on arrival
If something arrives damaged or materially defective, email us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and your order confirmation (order number visible). We review claims in the order they are received. Late submissions may not qualify for resolution.
Refused delivery & restocking
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee. Outbound shipping is not refunded. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5 business days after processing—timing can vary by bank or card issuer.
International orders

You will receive a confirmation when the label is created; tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement. Where is my tracking number?
Check your order confirmation email and spam folder. For marketplace purchases (Amazon, TikTok Shop), tracking and support live inside that platform’s order screen—use the same account you checked out with.
Contact us immediately with your order number. If the parcel has not yet shipped, we will try to update it. Once handed to the carrier, reroutes are not always possible and may incur carrier fees.
My package shows delivered but I don’t have it
Check with household members, building staff, lockers, and alternate entrances. Wait one full business day for occasional premature scans. If it still has not surfaced, reply to your confirmation with photos of any packaging damage—we will help you start a carrier inquiry where applicable.
Color, texture, and batch variance
Natural hair, gel, and fibers can vary slightly between batches and screens. Swatches on site and social are a guide, not a lab match. For nails, always patch-test new shades if you have sensitivities.
How should I store extensions, lashes, and gel?
Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Close caps tightly on liquids. Lashes keep their curl best on the original tray until use.

You are charged when the order is placed successfully. Your receipt is the order confirmation email. If you see a duplicate charge, send both authorization lines from your statement—we will reconcile.
